We were invited by pfp to quote to replace their slow and dated order processing system (SOPS). The system was built in the late 90s to manage their customers, products, orders and invoicing. We conducted a systems review and produced a fully costed quotation and received the order. We designed and deployed a modern cloud based system ORDER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OMS), allowing for instant access to the system from anywhere with a data connection.

OMS is used to store and manage all of their product specifications, customer and sales data. We designed the OMS user interface around their old system (SOPS) whilst adding new features, this eliminated the need for operator training and allowed for a smooth transition. OMS has a Sage module allowing for invoicing to be seamlessly exported into Sage Accounting Software.

Another requirement of the system was a MI dashboard for sales and production data, so we created a Power BI dashboard so they can access the information anywhere in the world.
