PFP manufacturing process was reliant on spreadsheets, paper based works orders and paper forms to record production runs. We replaced this outdated labour intensive process with a bespoke cloud based solution bringing their production planning and manufacturing together into one easy to use robust system. The new systems allow them to real time plan the production using the orders taken automatically from their Order Management System including product artworks and any order specific instructions. MMS produces a works order schedule and allows the plant manager to decide the production run order. This then cascades down the relevant departments with their manufacturing plan and specification details.   Production staff can then record all quality and production checks during the manufacturing process, once an order has completed all of the relevant information is then sent back to the Order Management System for dispatch and invoicing.
